Refund policy

SiteGuide sells digital goods delivered the moment you pay — source code can't be returned. Short version: all sales are final once your download is delivered. Bought the wrong template? You get one free swap. Broken or duplicate purchase? We make it right.

TL;DR — All sales final on delivered digital goods. One-time template swap within 14 days. Defective or duplicate purchases are fixed or refunded. Custom work: deposit + billed hours are non-refundable.

01 Templates ($99–$299) — all sales final

Templates are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase. Once the ZIP and install guide are available to you, the sale is final — there are no refunds for change of mind, unused purchases, or projects that went another direction. You have the source code; the source code is the product.

By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by law.

02 Widget ($199) — all sales final

Same terms as templates. The widget code, tenant config, and embed instructions are delivered on purchase and are non-refundable once delivered.

03 Bundle ($298–$498) — all sales final

Same terms as above, and the bundle is a single artifact — the template half and the widget half aren't separable for any purpose, including swaps.

04 Template swap (once, free)

Bought the wrong template? Email within 14 days and we'll swap it for a different template at the same price tier, one time per purchase. No cash back on swaps — the swap is your remedy.

05 We fix what's actually broken

Two narrow cases where money moves back — and only these:

06 Custom work — deposit + billed work are earned

Custom-scoped work through the M³ side of the house (bots, scripts, automations, plugins, apps, sites, micro/modular services, APIs) is governed by its engagement letter. Across all engagements:

07 Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we'll respond with the pre-purchase policy disclosure shown at checkout, the license grant record, entitlement and download logs, and (if applicable) proof of deployment. Delivered-goods chargebacks will be contested. Contacting us first is faster for both of us.
