Refund policy
Digital goods refund policy for SiteGuide templates and widget purchases. Short version: if you haven't deployed it yet, and it's within 14 days, you get your money back. If you did deploy it — sorry, you now have it.
01 Templates ($99) — 14-day full refund
You can request a full refund on a template purchase within 14 days of the transaction, as long as:
- The template has not been deployed to a live, publicly-reachable domain under your control.
- The template has not been substantially modified and republished.
- You return / delete all copies from your machines and repos.
To request: email murillomartinezmichael@gmail.com from the address you used to pay. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
02 Widget ($199) — 14-day full refund
Same terms as templates. You can refund the widget purchase within 14 days as long as it hasn't been deployed to a live domain and you delete the code + tenant JSON generator artifacts.
03 Bundle ($249) — 14-day full refund
Same terms as above. Bundle refunds are all-or-nothing — you can't refund the template half and keep the widget half.
04 Template swap (once, free)
Bought the wrong template? Email within 14 days and we'll swap it for a different one at the same price tier, one time per purchase. No cash back on swaps; the swap is your remedy.
05 Custom work — no refunds
Custom-scoped work through the M³ side of the house (bots, scripts, automations, plugins, apps, micro/modular services, APIs) is quoted per-project and non-refundable once work has begun. Milestones and scope changes are handled in the individual engagement letter, not this policy.
06 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we'll respond with the license grant record, download logs, and (if applicable) proof of deployment. If the artifact was deployed, the chargeback will be contested. Contacting us first is faster for both of us.
