SITEGUIDE // v0.2

— Legal, 001

Terms of use

These terms cover the SiteGuide widget, its backend, and every one-page site template sold on the /demos store. Buying anything on this site means you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't buy.

01 What you're buying

SiteGuide sells three things:

You are not buying access to the hosted siteguide-production.up.railway.app backend. That endpoint is for demos and existing tenants only, and requests from other origins are rejected.

02 License grant

You get a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy the purchased artifact on any number of sites you or your business own or operate. You may:

You may not:

Code is MIT unless a specific template file declares otherwise. Design (typography choices, color systems, layout decisions) is licensed for commercial reuse under the terms above.

03 Using the widget

If you're running the widget against the hosted backend at siteguide-production.up.railway.app, requests are gated by:

If you self-host the widget on your own key, you set the caps. You are responsible for your Anthropic API bill.

04 What you're responsible for

05 Warranty disclaimer

The templates, widget, and hosted service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the widget will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate output. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome from using a template.

06 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M³'s total liability arising from your use of anything sold here is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or the cost of substitute services.

07 Termination

The license grant above is perpetual for artifacts you have paid for. If you materially breach these terms — for example by reselling a template as-is on another marketplace — the license terminates and you must delete the artifact.

08 Refunds

See the separate Refund Policy.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia.
