Cass Rivera

Strength · Programming

Powerlifting background. Coaches the strength block and writes the 6-week progressions. Nineteen years in the weight room, seven coaching. Believes in slow, consistent PRs over Instagram singles.

Ori Nakamura

Conditioning · Aerobic

Former collegiate rower. Runs the Tuesday/Thursday conditioning block and the Saturday session. Loves zone 2. Yells about it. Will make you love it too.

Sam Ellison

Mobility · Recovery · PT liaison

Doctor of Physical Therapy. Runs the mobility class and screens new members for old injuries. If your knee's been complaining for two years, start with a session here.
