01 · What's in the ZIP?
One self-contained folder: index.html (the full one-pager), the palette-matched favicon, preview imagery, README + QUICKSTART notes, and the commercial license. Bundles add the widget's tenant config pre-wired for your content. No build step, no dependencies.
02 · Single site or multi-site license?
Perpetual and multi-project: deploy on any number of sites you or your business own or operate — including sites you build and deliver to your own clients. The one hard no: re-selling the template as a template. Full terms ship in the ZIP as LICENSE.md.
03 · What does hosting take?
The template is static HTML/CSS/JS — any static host serves it (Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, GitHub Pages, your own box). The widget half is a small self-hosted service; the install walkthrough that unlocks after checkout covers running it in one container.
04 · Who pays the widget's AI costs?
You run the widget on your own Anthropic API key, so you pay Anthropic directly for exactly what your visitors use — no metered markup from us. Per-visitor rate limits are built in, so one hostile user can't run up your bill.
05 · How does delivery work?
Checkout is Stripe. The moment payment lands you get a magic link into your buyer portal — every template you've bought, each with a one-click ZIP download. No account, no password: the link is keyed to your checkout session.
06 · What's the refund policy?
Digital source code, delivered instantly — all sales are final once your download is delivered. Bought the wrong template? One free swap within 14 days. Corrupt or duplicate purchases get fixed or refunded. Full policy: refund policy.
07 · What support is included?
